Although every effort will be made to meet the wishes of Advertisers acceptance by Agrisales of an advert does not guarantee its insertion in the magazine. The Proprietor also reserves the right to revise, change,
alter or delay publication of any advert. Every direct advertiser and advertising practitioner on whose behalf Agrisales places an advert indemnifies Agrisales against any liability which Agrisales may incur to any
person (whether in respect of damages, costs or otherwise)in consequence of the publication by Agrisales.of such advert.
Omission
Omissions of any of the scheduled insertions shall not be considered to be a breach of basic conditions of the order. NO responsibility is accepted for failure to publish, for any errors in publication, or for any
consequences of such errors.
Errors
Please report any errors within the first 7 days of the month in which the incorrect error occurs. Agrisales will not accept responsibility for more than 1 incorrect insertion of any advert or any cost beyond the cost
of the space occupied by the incorrect advert. No free insertions or credits will be given for minor typographical errors which do not lessen the value of the advert. Where adverts are booked and material arrives
after deadline or fails to arrive, the space may still be charged for.
